 GCSP Central Asia MAS Scholarship

The Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) and the OSCE Academy in Bishkek are offering a Central Asia MAS Scholarship to the candidates who recently graduated from the OSCE Academy in Bishkek with a university degree or equivalent, and who demonstrated excellence in both his/her academic abilities and leadership potential.

 

Ms. Selbi Hanova from Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) is the third top student of the MA’08 cohort of the OSCE Academy’s Master of Arts in Political Science Program and 2008 Central Asia MAS Scholarship Receiver.
