Conferences and workshops

On 12 October 2010 the OSCE Academy jointly with the OSCE Secretariat organized a one-day workshop at which Usen Suleimenov, Deputy Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan at the OSCE, Dr. Martha Olcott (Carnegie Center), Prof. MacFarlane (Oxford) and Andres Ilves (BBC) discussed the lessons of the first 20 years after the Paris Charter and of an indepedent Central Asia. About 60 faculty and students from the OSCE Academy and universities in Bishkek took part.
