The Certificate Program is aimed at strengthening professional capacity of experts from public and non-profit organizations from Central Asia and Afghanistan to design, implement and evaluate development projects which are sensitive to human rights and conflict issues. The participants went through 3 weeks of modules on project management, human rights and conflict sensitivity in August- September 2010. Throughout October 2010, participants were designing project proposals distantly, under e-supervision of trainers. On November 2-5, Bishkek, participants presented their project proposals to a simulated Board of Donors comprised from representatives of the OSCE, UN, USAID, WB, DFID, GTZ and Soros Foundation.
